PYA believes in reaching out to under-privileged in material form as well as speaking for their rights, it has taken the following initiatives over the years. 

• Schools and health initiatives like school for juveniles at Kot Lakpat jail and scores of medical camps in disaster struck areas

• Campaigns for special persons like sports tournaments aimed to make a platform for networking and opportunities. 

• Campaigns for orphans like special movie screenings and eid-happiness sharing initiatives

• Food For All campaigns during Ramadan to provide food to the underprivileged
