PYA delivers regular trainings to youth and target communities in different areas of expertise. These trainings are delivered by practitioners who understand local contexts of problems and brainstorm localized solutions keeping international value systems in mind. Trainings are usually delivered in following areas:

• Peace-building, Counter Extremism and Conflict Resolution: Community and youth workshops in this field include trainings on counter-extremism, de-radicalization, conflict management and resolution of at-risk communities and youth-activists

• Internet Security & Surveillance: PYA trains activists, journalists and other concerned citizens in fields of online security and techniques to circumvent mass-surveillance

• Vocational Training and Skills Development: Different vocational skills, social entrepreneurship and soft-skills are imparted on needs basis under this project 

Many of our trainings are designed to inspire social action/community projects and enable 'walking the talk' instead of just a workshop leading to no action. Over the years, our trained youth have done amazing projects in their communities and started several campaigns
