i need sum help  brothers.At time of PROPHET (PBUH) were there any shia or sunni muslims?or this shia and sunni thing is a fitna??i have been threatened alot on this but till the day i know reality i will keep on searching for the truth.help plz

Personally i dont believe in Shia-suni divisions altough by family rituals i am sunni but i personally consider my self neither a Shia nor sunni i believe in only one God  ,Holy Quran and consider Prophet Mohammad (S.A.W) as Allah's Last messenger . Religion should be kept private extreme of religious believes  can lead you to no where ....  regarding your question i think its mentioned in Quran that there will be 70 Divisions of Muslims into various "firqas" in future ......

Well I can proudly say that I am a Muslim and after that A Pakistani.To eradicate this disease of castes and races among people ISLAM aaya tha but unfortunately ye bemari hum mein aaj bhi hai :@ and the worst part of it is that we fight with our own brothers n sisters cuz of the fact k ur a sunni and im a shia n as we belong to different sects so bas we are different .... Its not like that Islam pyar,bhai chara aur akhuwat sikhata hai :)

The thing is that SOCH badalna is very important uske bagair revolution is not possible jo humain chahiye!

i agree Patriot   actually all the chaos and trouble is because of some so called mullahs who have hijacked our religion  , the concept of mutual respect for each citizen can fix this issue that reminds me of one saying by my one of internet friends who lives in Ireland , 

"When Muslims cant kill Jews or infidels they kill each other "

as a Muslim this statement is offense to me but i cant deny that and practically its true , Sunis fighting kurds in Iraq  , Shias Torturing Sunnis in Iran , etc etc    ,,,,wheres Muslim Brotherhood ? :(

Some external and internal forces are trying their level best to creae differences between us and Unfortunately we don't understand their agenda :-o Koi bhi qaum ta nahi toot-ti jab ussay koi bahir wala aa kar kuch karay qaum tab toot-ti hai jab uske andar hi laraiyaan paida hujayen phir bahir se koi bhi asaani se haraa sakta hai.

Our Quaid taught us the lesson of "UNITY,FAITH AND DISCIPLINE"

Agar 62 saal pehlay Pakistani unite na hutay toh Pakistan nahi ban paata kabhi bhi .... Our Pakistan needs us.

 

Lets Unite under our flag and lets show the world that "WE ARE THE BEST"

Assalam-O-Alaikum... Yaar we are all Muslims first and then proud Pakistanis!! The sects of Shia and Sunni were not there at the time of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.W) and these are purely created by the enemies of Islam to divide us Muslims among ourselves and make us fight each other and pity on us, we fell in their trap! Frown Lets all pray to ALLAH (S.W.T) to unite us under the flag of Islam and make our country a holy place to live! Ameen! :)

The first fundamental thing is that WE ARE MUSLIMS and then we are pakistanis. We should be proud that we are sons of ADAM. ALLAH virtued us with this thing. Shia and Sunni thing is a big problem. Personally i dont believe in it, but we had wars in past. Iraq was brutally destroyed by Iran.. In our own country, we have this problem. Shia people dont marry sunni people, they fast in ramadan with different timings and their namaz. What is this crap? Have we lost our faith in Islam? It should be eridicated from the roots. We are brothers and sisters. This division should be denied at every level.
