(1)Chainless melodies drifting through the air
Untitled rhymes, wafting here and there,
Words frozen in time, preserved for good
Moments that can’t move though they wish they could!
(2)Memories sweet emblazoned in this head,
Dreams that I shared with this lifeless bed,
Hands reaching out, holding me so true
Thoughts guiding me to rise up anew!
(3)A regretful past tugging at this soul;
A crumbled heart that’s just dying to be whole;
Tearless eyes; gazing through the mist,
Legs willing to go any given dist…
(4)The will that is strong and strangely concrete,
The pride with which nothing can ever compete!
The hope that thrives just won’t ever quit,
And this unfocused mind, defeat, won’t admit,
(5)A day though still far, would come along,
And this life you see fallen, wouldn’t be wrong,
This life that is me would just go on,
And painless; I would, face every dawn.
