PYA works in an unprecedented manner, with many national and international liaisons. It is a well coordinated body with headquarters at Islamabad. The appointed area heads are the torch bearers of their respective areas and they are indigenous for their events. It has also has representation in educational institutes, a male and a female representative in each entity. Any group of inspirational youth, willing to create awareness in the much a strayed youth of Pakistan can form up a team and organize an event that will be totally indigenous of the centre, however, the respective liaisons would be liable to work for the centre on their call for a  particular event.
