The recent year has seen many student/youth movements in the making, with countless youth based protests held internationally against tyranny and oppression. It came into being when a group of similar minded youth sat down and thought about the long term objectives of such movements. Many of the workers of the PYA are those who arranged such events in the last quarter of 2007. Samad Khurram, Ali Abbas and Maryam Kanwer are the founding members of this historic and unprecedented initiative.
